How do I use Google Apps for my emails?

Google have an official guide on their website on how to add Google Apps records to your cPanel hosting account (https://support.google.com/a/answer/54717?hl=en). It won’t take you long, and it’s very straightforward as follows:

Please ensure you are using our nameservers first, otherwise the following changes will have no effect (View our nameservers).

Once logged into cPanel, you’ll need to navigate to MX Entry and change Email Routing to Remote Mail Exchanger. After that you’ll need to add the Google MX records below:

10 ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
20 ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
30 ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
40 ASPMX2.GOOGLEMAIL.COM
50 ASPMX2.GOOGLEMAIL.COM

See here (https://support.google.com/a/answer/174125) for the latest MX records for Google Apps, in case of a change or any issues with the above.

Please allow 24-48 hours after making this change for the email routing to start working, due to global DNS caching around the world.
