How do I redirect my website to another website?

We have two easy options to do this:

Option #1

Firstly we can set this up at domain registrar level for you - this is the quickest and simplest method to set it up once and leave it set. You will need to request a support ticket to us, and we can redirect your website e.g. mydomain.co.uk to mydomain.com at our registrar DNS level. We can also forward your emails on as well, to help prevent typos (e.g. co.uk instead of com) resulting in lost emails - just let us know and we can set it up for you.

Option #2

However if you still need to control things like more advanced redirects, email inboxes and changing email forwarders regularly yourself, we would strongly advise setting up the domain as a new cPanel account in your WHM account (for resellers) or as an Addon Domain (for personal and cloud hosting accounts). Once added, within cPanel you can redirect the domain using the Redirects section within cPanel itself. You can also forward emails with the Forwarders section within cPanel itself.

For both options you will need to allow up to 24 - 48 hours for the changes to take effect due to DNS being involved, which are cache by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and web browser.
