Can I have root access / change the server settings?

Root access is strictly prohibited, and will not be released under under circumstances for security reasons. If you require a more custom setup, please contact us about your own Cloud Server, where we can custom the setup to your requirements.

You are able to change PHP settings by creating a php.ini file in your public_html folder on the your website, to override the default server configuration. Other settings changes will be considered by support ticket request but are not guaranteed as you are on a shared hosting environment, and it may affect other users.
